CA(SA) – Tax Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified CA(SA) with strong tax experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves providing expert tax advice, managing compliance, and ensuring accurate reporting in line with South African tax legislation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, minimizing risk, and optimizing tax efficiency for the business.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification essential
• Proven experience in South African tax compliance and advisory
• Knowledge of corporate, personal, and VAT tax legislation
• Experience preparing tax returns, assessments, and managing SARS audits
• Ability to provide strategic tax planning and risk mitigation advice
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Pastel, or similar) and Microsoft Office
