Our client is a leading Corporate Finance Advisory firm and independent JSE-registered Sponsor. Their dynamic team supports entrepreneurs and companies in growing through acquisition, capital raising, strategic partnerships and equity exits. This is an exciting opportunity perfectly suited for individuals with a deep interest in the intricacies of company mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Collaborating closely with Senior Deal Makers, you will play a pivotal role in the identification, assessment and execution of M&A activities. Requirements:
• At a minimum, a BCom Honours in finance, economics, investment, accounting, or similar.
• Knowledge of Excel and financial modelling, including the ability to leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Ability to understand the integration of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and able to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
