Join our client, a leader in the healthcare insurance industry, as a Management Accountant in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial strategy, analysis, and reporting within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post monthly transactions to the General Ledger.
• Prepare and consolidate journals and balance sheet reconciliations aligned with IFRS standards.
• Create accurate and insightful management accounts.
• Analyze bank accounts and ensure proper allocation.
• Report on partner profitability, trends, and cash flow forecasts.
• Facilitate budgeting processes and provide monthly EXCO reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
• BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent.
• CA (SA) qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in management accounting within the insurance sector.
