The primary goal of this position is to safeguard financial integrity by managing complex lease portfolios and guiding key financial processes that underpin strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
• Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• Lead the quarterly valuation of extensive biological assets, ensuring full compliance with IAS 41 and IFRS 13.
• Strong working knowledge and oversight of IFRS 16 lease accounting, including assessing new agreements and managing disclosures.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records, perform reconciliations with the general ledger, and oversee physical asset verifications.
• Manage sundry billing and debtor processes, review ageing analyses, and drive timely collections to support divisional cash flow.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, setting performance expectations, and providing coaching.
• Ability to prepare detailed audit files, perform analytical reviews, and deliver valuation insights to senior leadership.
