The primary goal of this position is to operate as a trusted advisor, managing and capturing sophisticated legal records to ensure accuracy and compliance while providing reliable data for informed business decisions. Requirements:
• LLB Degree and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• 5+ years of post-admission experience in tax law, tax advisory, or corporate/commercial law with a significant tax component.
• Skilled in drafting and leading advanced tax opinions and structuring strategies for a diverse client base.
• Extensive experience managing SARS engagements, including objections, appeals, and dispute resolution.
• Advanced technical knowledge of South African and international tax principles, cross-border transactions, and wealth structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value matters under pressure, maintain high attention to detail, and provide practical, solution-driven advice
