Join a leading private equity firm in Cape Town as a Private Equity Associate. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial modelling for investment opportunities.
• Assist in deal structuring and negotiations.
• Monitor and report on portfolio companies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years in private equity or investment banking.
• CA(SA) or CFA preferred.
• Ability to understand complexities and nuances around both local and international private equity investments and portfolios.
