The primary goal of this position is to play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing reliable data for informed business decisions at the Executive Committee (EXCO) level. If you possess strong analytical skills and have a proven track record in managing multiple entities, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:
• BCom Accounting or a related degree with completed articles.
• 3–5 years of experience in the service industry, with a background in working with multiple brands or entities.
• Skilled in thorough account processing until the trial-balance stage and preparing customized financial reports.
• Deep knowledge of financial legal requirements, ensuring adherence to legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
• Proficiency in preparing customized reports, conducting trend analysis for strategic planning, and presenting data confidently to EXCO.
• Ability to support and guide accounting clerical staff while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Professional resilience when handling emotionally demanding situations, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong focus on upholding internal controls
