Requirements:
• Education: A BCom Accounting degree or a related field with completed articles.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience specifically within the service industry.
• Multi-Entity Management: Proven experience working with multiple brands or various business entities.
• Reporting & Presentation: Proficiency in preparing customized financial reports and the confidence to present at Executive Committee (EXCO) level.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough account processing until the trial balance stage.
• Soft Skills: Professional resilience when handling emotionally demanding situations and a steadfast commitment to financial confidentiality.
