Equity Portfolio Manager & Analyst

Job Description

The Equity Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing equity portfolios in line with the firm’s investment philosophy, process, and client mandates. This includes bottom-up stock selection, portfolio construction, risk management, and contributing to the broader investment strategy. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical acumen, a deep understanding of equity markets, and a proven track record in active portfolio management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA, FRM, CAIA designation is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in equity research, asset management, or portfolio management.
• Proven track record of managing equity portfolios with measurable alpha generation
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and equity valuation methodologies.
• Experience covering specific sectors such as resources, industrials and property.
• Programming or data analysis skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of ESG factors and their integration into equity analysis.
